Natalie Harris

Early Career

Natalie’s journey began at just sixteen, when she worked in a variety of hospitality roles, from Dishwasher to Waitress. She worked as a Bar Manager and Promotions Girl while studying Communication and Media at Queen Margaret University. It was during these formative years that her passion for people and storytelling began to flourish.

The Town House Collection and Blythswood Square

After graduating, she entered the world of hospitality marketing with Sunrise Inns. But it was her time with The Town House Collection, particularly her involvement in launching Glasgow’s iconic Blythswood Square Hotel, that shaped her career. Over several years, she honed her skills in digital marketing, design, and campaign planning, eventually contributing to the marketing efforts for a growing portfolio that included five-star hotels across Scotland under both private ownership and global investment firm Starwood Capital.

Allera Marketing

In 2016, Natalie launched Allera Marketing with the vision of using her knowledge to make a tangible difference for independent businesses. Friendly, creative, and results-driven, Natalie is passionate about helping hotels thrive through meaningful storytelling, beautiful design, and well-executed strategy.
