Sarah’s Journey
Early Career
With a background in Interactive Multimedia, Sarah studied how real-world art and design principles could be translated into the digital space, with a strong focus on coding, user experience, and strategy. This foundation sparked a lasting interest in creating intuitive, engaging digital experiences that serve real business needs. She worked in hospitality and retail roles alongside her studies, gaining valuable insights into customer behaviour and the importance of user-first thinking..
Allera Marketing
Sarah joined Allera Marketing not long after its launch, coming on board part-time in the early days of the business. Since then, she has played an active role in its growth, working closely with Founder Natalie to help shape the brand and support an expanding client base. With hands-on experience across nearly all client accounts, she brings a deep understanding of the agency’s approach and values. As the team has begun to grow, she has also taken on a key role in training, coaching, and supporting new team members.
An Established Content Creator
Sarah is an active content creator with engaged followings on both Instagram and TikTok. Having partnered with brands such as VisitScotland, United Airlines, Wagamama, and others, she brings firsthand experience of what makes organic content resonate. Her work in this space gives her a unique perspective, understanding both the brand and creator side of collaborations, particularly within the tourism and hospitality sectors. This hands-on experience with UGC and influencer partnerships deepens her ability to craft strategic and authentic campaigns.
The Fun Bit!

A bit of a Scotland geek, Sarah loves exploring everything from crumbling castles to stylish new cafés – always on the lookout for spots to feature on her personal travel website. She’s a proud plant mum and a passionate advocate for animal welfare. A big fan of solo travel, she’s especially drawn to her ‘second home’, Thailand, where the street food, friends, and iced coffees keep calling her back.
